Bending the landing gear legs pt1

This is the first 2024 landing gear leg being bent.  I decided to start with the lower (wheel) end of the leg because there's less material.  After some very careful alignment, checking and rechecking I applied some pressure and the bend started to form.  I used a digital level to carefully approach the required 56 degree bend.  Average spring-back was 13 degrees.

Some simple alignment marks keep everything pointed the right way.  Thin cardboard is used to minimise scratching the leg.
