Epoxying - hstab/elev rib webs (port side, ribs 3 + 4 + 5)

More epoxying.  More ribs.  More clamping.  

Strangely lots of bugs flew in the window and thought it was cool to land on the epoxy.  I checked my reference books and they said that bugs have poor load bearing properties so I removed them.
