Epoxying - rudder spar backing plywood

The rudder spar tapers quite a lot.  Since grinding down cadium plated washers on wacky angles doesn't sound fun I decided to add these tapered plywood bits to create parallel faces.  Also quite a lot of spar material gets removed by the eyebolt hinges so I wanted to beef it up a little bit.
